The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 连着看完《寂静的巴黎》和这部电影，电影里人物表现夸张，想在沉重的主题下创造喜剧的效果，只能说结果不如人意吧！ 有点太长了… 好几次以为要结局了，结果还没完……
开头像是一般法国喜剧结合新冠剧情 结尾满满的温馨感动 算是救赎了这部片 3.5
说起来，老外的防疫，跟玩儿一样故事里头事事遵照严格章程的男主，在里头好像就是个拉嘲讽的对象。其实看起来只有男主一个人做到了隔离，其他人都是玩忽职守，这可是违法的。
演员们的演技也很好，感受到了情感的共性，虽然整体拍摄中规中矩，但我确实蛮喜欢的！
虽然故事模式还是很套路，但看得的确很爽，也不会感到尴尬，甚至比很多院线片都好。而且电竞题材是个很难拍的东西，目前也少有成功案例，能在套路化的模式里，达到整体还不错的效果，值得鼓励！
体会不了法式喜剧，不过最后一幕还挺温情的，这难道不正是这个时候我们最需要的么。
很简单的电影，剧情老套，人物刻板，但贵在情感真实，游戏场景还原度高，最后的平底锅决斗将游戏的真谛诠释了出来，算是不错的升华。
即便是故事很套路，又很yy，这仍旧是目前大陆最好的电竞电影。我因为这个愚蠢的片名而错过了在电影院里看的唯一机会！但话又说回来片名也是主角ID，当然要起得蠢一点没毛病...

法式浮夸版本的隔离众生相，相比政治正确式的严肃纪实，这个也还是太过戏谑了，虽然法国人也确实是这样的style
惊喜了，比想象的好，+1星鼓励一下，中年危机落魄男，让我感同身受，其实好好把故事讲好，配合吃鸡梗和还原就很可以了，新人导演有前途，各个主角演员符合，人设合理，女主漂亮~据说是《青簪行》女二，现在好了，这剧凉了。。。少了一次成名的机会，不过是金子总会发光的~
一群散兵就这样上路了，虽然不是职业的，也未经过专业训练，不过道路是曲折的，但是前途必然是光明的！这片甚至给我一种致敬《少林足球》的感觉，大家是不是和我有同样的想法呢？
本人非玩家，对网络电影也没有预期，但本片让我感到意外：诚意制作不马虎。首先，虽然剧本老套路，主线穷困潦倒过气职业玩家坚守信念推倒大魔王，穿插亲情与信任元素，结局意料之中，过程笑点OK；其次，游戏场景战斗模拟还原度较友好，没有不适；然后，决赛第三局最为高潮，编排设定确实很燃，让我这个路人观众都能跟上情绪。最后重点：直言不讳揭露资本方对电竞赛事操纵黑幕的手法：他们全是自己人。
一部网大电影做到了很多院线电影没做到的事情：讲一个好故事，抛掉花里胡哨的自以为是，拍出年轻人熟悉并喜闻乐见的热血逆袭。至少在这屏幕前的两小时，观众是放松和开心的。
镜头感很不错，配乐也很专业，虽然演员阵容一般不过都很在线。
7分。超出预期。要不是有人推荐，这种网大的片子我一般都是直接PASS的，但本作的完成度非常好。故事基本走的是《钢之琴》的传统桥段，加上PUBG的战斗场景，小成本拍出了大味道。其实印象最深的角色是最后的光头强，普通人的倔强，这点我喜欢~~~
真的燃起来了。每场戏的戏点都给得很足，而且翻出翻儿来了，真心可以。人物的情感动因非常饱满，没有虚情假意或者尴尬的感觉。优点真心多，真心可以秒杀一大部分院线电影了。
不懂游戏，但整体是吸引人的，有着网大难得的扎实沉稳，相比于花哨的动作镜头，更喜欢的还是它的草根气息，当然也包括青岛的实地取景，很亲切。换一个角度，八九十年代的港片是内地网络电影的给养库，再具体一点，就是周星驰与徐克。
这电影也是生不逢时，首映当天的舆论热点是游戏电子精神鸦片、不能为了电子竞技毁掉一代人，以及国家政策抑制炒学区房。但是这个成本能做到这样确实很不错了。
