剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     疫情片荒期间可算神作了，一个场景竟然可以拍一部电影，编剧真牛，把这种老派悬疑又拍出了新鲜的感觉，小空间的拉扯，几个反转也以极端内敛的方式在最合适的时候抖出，达到惊人的执行效果。要说真有什么值得商榷的地方，那就是像马克里朗斯这样的演员就不会演什么简单的角色，影片开头刻意强调裁缝“普通”的身份，反而引起了观众强烈的怀疑。

    信任游戏，或者说不信任游戏，重点不在于说服，而在于挑起怀疑。裁缝和家中仆役一样，属于“看不见的人”，你不会怀疑他工于心计因为他无计可施，你不会怀疑他别有图谋因为你是他的衣食父母。而到最后tailor无疑说了太多谎以至观众也无法判断他的起源故事究竟为何，他是躲在顺从面孔下的无面人。以及马克里朗斯真的非常擅长演这类角色。
