The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 另外很喜欢的就是 同性恋圈内种族 阶级 性别气质歧视没有被匆匆带过 一直在让人感受到那种不舒服
画面很香艳，想表达的也很简单。大概是想讲，在如今快餐版同性恋爱盛行的时代，也依然存在真爱，不用为了迎合大家的喜爱而去伪装自己。但是吧，深度还是不够啊，很浅很浅。

从叙事上并不“惊心动魄”，而事实让人动容，最后加分满满。

还是可以四星鼓励一下。JKB也太有颜有才了吧，自编自演。其实实质上还是有点段子集，但是好在俩亚裔男主的设置，一个旁白自述，另一个补白照应。突然发现，看完也没有那么想念在UWS的日子和FI的时光，挺好。
看之前没觉得会这么惊喜，以后的爱情电影都按这个套路来好吗！拜托那些说剧情老套的人自己在家循环断背山好吗，这种笑点低级的cliche配不上你的文人气质，慢走不送

以前我认为只有同志单纯的追求爱情，不会像直人婚姻那样追求附加值，但其实并不是这样，但凡想要获取长久稳定的亲密关系，这些附加值是前提，如果只是追求及时行乐，建议忽略这部电影。借用《傲慢与偏见》的故事框架，还是有些想法的，蜻蜓点水般的触及到那条存在于同志内部的鄙视链，但也有点避重就轻，自嗨式的沉浸在合家欢的剧情里…
